KayaRetire gives general information and estimates based on SARS tax tables and guides, National Treasury publications and Minister of Finance notices. It is not financial, tax or investment advice as defined in the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act, it does not recommend any product, fund or provider, and KayaRetire is not an authorised financial services provider. Your fund or insurer and SARS work out the actual amounts. Before you make a decision, speak to your fund, SARS or an authorised financial adviser.

KayaRetire is not an authorised financial services provider and is not connected to SARS, National Treasury, the FSCA or any retirement fund, insurer or administrator. Nothing on the site is a recommendation or advice under the FAIS Act. Using the site does not create a professional relationship.

Accuracy

We take our figures from SARS, National Treasury and the Government Gazette and test our calculations, but tax tables and rules change. Results are estimates: SARS sets the actual tax in a tax directive, and your fund rules, balances, other income and tax debt can change what you receive. Illustrations use only the assumptions you enter and are not forecasts.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or its results. Confirm figures with your fund or SARS before you make a decision.
